All our gifts are freshly made on the day of delivery by our florist members. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not pre-make or pre-pack our gifts and we never send our deliveries by overnight / 48 hours couriers or any other postal services. All items are individually made and will therefore vary slightly with the seasons and the interpretation of the florist making the gift. All products are subject to availability. The florist reserves the right to provide contents and packaging of equal or greater value without notice.
Our prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) @ 20.0%. Prices do not include delivery and service charge. Please refer to the Delivery section for prices.
We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Delta / Visa Debit, and Switch / Maestro when ordering online. All credit card details are encrypted over an SSL connection using a security certificate. If preferred, customers can telephone their payment details by telephone on +44 1903 223350. Please note that orders will not be carried out until full payment has been received.

Overseas prices may vary slightly on occasion in some remote countries. In these circumstances the customer will always be informed first.
An extra delivery charge may be required for a delivery to a rural area. Please note that deliveries to some International countries can take up to 3 working days. We cannot take responsibility for undelivered orders until 3 days have elapsed.
Sometimes deliveries to overseas countries are affected by national / regional unrest and natural disasters. If we experience any problems delivering your international order it may take up to 48 hours before you are notified of this.
We offer AM or PM delivery as a preferred option free of charge. We will endeavour to deliver your gift at the preferred time but we cannot guarantee that we can always accommodate this.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Same day delivery and next day delivery to UK recipients are normally possible on all flower orders received by 2.00pm GMT (GMT+1 Mar to Oct). This excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Delivery to hospitals – please be aware that not all hospitals accept fresh flowers into the wards: please check with the hospital you are sending flowers to before ordering. We cannot be held responsible if fresh flowers are refused by the hospital.
Delivery to military bases – please be aware that not all military bases (e.g. army, R.A.F.) accept flower deliveries. We cannot be held responsible if deliveries are refused entry by a military base or Similar.
UK orders may be cancelled or amended up until 12pm on the working day prior to delivery, with the exception of any funeral orders. Funeral orders require 48 hours notice. International orders may be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the delivery date. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel, we will return their money to their account within 7 days of cancellation.

We will send an email confirmation of your order to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.
Any complaints regarding the products of an order must be received within 7 days of the order delivery date. A complaint received more than 7 days after the order delivery date is deemed invalid.
